The Ionic Foot Bath rests on a simple principle: an electrode placed in the foot bath water releases a low-intensity current, generating mostly negative ions by the thousand.

Phase 2 — Following sessions (about 45 minutes)
Following sessions last around 45 minutes on average. Within a cycle, an interval of no more than 15 days helps maintain regularity.

Fleur de sel from the Algarve’s salt marshes, used at a constant dose
Lower-back infrared belt — gentle warmth spreads across the lower back and gradually moves through the body during the session
